   I think about what a great idea term limits are.

   I don't have to energy at the moment to go into why this is such a terrific idea but simply put - if someone is a terrific representative, with outstanding ideas they will attract proteges. When the time comes to resign due to term limits, a protege will run for the seat.

   On the other hand, if you elect someone terrible, you know they're gone after x terms.
