Heaven On Seven

   They might have more aptly named it "Hades In Your Mouth!"

   Our instructor today directed us to Heaven On Seven, what he (a guy from Louisiana) declared, the best Cajun food outside of Louisiana.

   Though no expert on the subject personally, I am a fan of the spicy dish, and this did not disappoint.

   I had a pasta dish which as served had plenty of zing. But of course I had to try some of the plethora of hot sauces on the table. I settled on a habanero sauce that tasted so good I overdid it.

   I've been wrecked in the gut all night - I even had to skip dinner..Damnit.
