Opening Oneself Up to (Constructive) Criticism
Today I finally did what I've been meaning to for many years now. I entered the American Homebrewers' Association's National Homebrew Competition.
Of course, the twist is that I didn't enter a beer..I entered a mead.
The mead is nearly 3 years old now and tastes fantastic (in my humble opinion), but we'll see what the judges think!
The local drop-off spot was Breckenridge Brewery which looks like a very cool place to sample their tasty brews and some incredible-smelling BBQ!
