And Speaking of Memorial Day..

   I hope you had an opportunity to spend time with those you love on this important day and that you took some time to remember and honor those noble men and women who died protecting our freedoms.

   I have always supported the troops, while not necessarily supporting those who have chosen to put them in harm's way. I happen to think that peace is patriotic and that unfortunately our current administration does not subscribe to the widely-held policy of "war as a last resort, when all diplomatic approaches to confronting a problem have been exhausted."

   Let's all hope that next Memorial Day the number of soldiers we honor has not grown significantly.
