We Have Bottles!

   Hello there. So I am back from a two week hiatus that included a particularly nasty strain of the cold taking up residence in our home. I am just now over my sore throat - what a mess!

   Anyway, about a week and a half ago I checked on the batch of Brown Ale from our Cinco de Mayo brew day and was delighted to confirm that all had gone well with our little yeasty friends - the beer was tasty!

   So on Memorial Day my son and I set about bottling the batch and damn, were we glad when the last of the nearly 100 bottles was done!! I see a kegging system in the not-too-distant-future!
