Hollister Brew Co

   We had lunch today at Hollister Brewing Company (not much on their site yet).

   I wasted no time in ordering a sampler. It came in a crazy, metal holder and featured some good beers. The IPAs were both solid as was the red. Because I was driving I didn't get a chance to order a pint of any of these but they pleasantly washed down a very tasty tri-tip sang! Oooh - I sure love me a tri-tip sang..
