Nothing Quite Like Brew Day!

   What a lovely day today was. Sunny skies, just a hint of a breeze, and the smell of malted barley steeping and then boiling with hops! Gotta love brew day!

   All went very well with our third all-grain batch (a blonde ale) and I have high hopes that we'll have a nice summer sipper to enjoy in about a month.
